Some designers create cars having in mind birds, jaguars or spaceships. The creator of the DS Luxe Autre concept car must’ve had in mind a hot lady, like Scarlett Johansson for example. The supercar was inspired by feminine forms and can be checked out below.
Envisioned by designer Sean Bull, this model is apparently real, being kept at the DS World Showrooms as a work of art. Influences came from the feminine body and particularly the muscles such a body involves. The hip bones and cheekbones are clearly reflected onto this chassis. Another influence felt here is the one of the Renaissance Paris.
We even have a “Corset” area as you can see on the sides. DS Luxe Autre also offers futuristic technology, like a floating pod section suspended by a maglev-like system. It offers a feeling of levitation to the ones riding in the car. It also feels like an Aston Martin met a Citroen, had a baby and gave it to Batgirl.
If you’re paying enough attention, you may even notice that the headlights have eye lashes…
